Temp Hr Executive (4–6 Months Contract)

Job Description

Our client is a Construction Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Temp HR Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.





Job Scope:



Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers. Support onboarding and offboarding processes (preparation of contracts, documentation, exit clearance). Handle employee data entry and updates in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in monthly HR reports, tracking of leave, and payroll-related data collation. Provide administrative support for HR policies, training coordination, and employee engagement activities. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required. Support HR team with any ad-hoc projects or assignments.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of HR experience (recruitment, HR operations, or admin support); fresh graduates with HR internship experience may also be considered. Familiar with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee records management.
