Job Description
- HR Executive ( Recruitment, Learning & Development )
- Location: Clementi
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) (Wednesday WFH)
- Up to $4,000
- Transport Pick Up from Clementi MRT
- Handle recruitment process (including placement of job advertisements, interview arrangements, conduct reference checks)
- Manage employee personal file and HR administration such as on-boarding/offboarding arrangement, staff confirmation, letters, work permits, etc
- Assist in training processes such as sourcing for training courses, course registration, claims submission
- Ensure ISO documents and training records are updated promptly
- Handle staff inquiries pertaining to HR matters such as leave balance, etc
- Minimum Diploma with experience in handling recruitment, learning & development program
