Hr Executive (construction Industry)

Job Description
Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 6days 8am-6.30pm
Location: Bukit Batok
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
- Project administrative duties and assisting project team on site matters.
- Ensure compliance with the employment acts and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulations and monitoring company policies and practices.
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Assist with various HR projects, such as policy updates, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee medical insurance claims, WICI & common law cases.
- Arrange Foreign Workers\' Accommodations.
- Minimum 8-10 years\' experience.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human resource management.
