Job Description
Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Assist in HR Manager in the deployment of HR strategies to align with Company\'s objectives
- Be the window person on employee matters
- Arrange medical check-up for new joiners and work pass holders
- Administer work pass application, renewal, cancellation, exemption, etc
- Maintain and update employee handbook
- Handle employee grievance and disciplinary matters
- Take on other HR & GA assignments from time to time
- Perform general administration duties
- Manage Safe Management Measures
- Lead and manage ISM, Safety, IS, RA Compliance audits, etc
- Oversee fixed asset management, door access card, etc
- Manage all matters related to risk management
- Ensure compliance on Contract and Service Agreement matters, equipment & maintenance services
- Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years\' related experience in HR & GA
- Self-motivated, good organization and communication skills
- Open-minded and proactive to drive changes
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage
