Assist in HR Manager in the deployment of HR strategies to align with Company\'s objectives
Be the window person on employee matters
Arrange medical check-up for new joiners and work pass holders
Administer work pass application, renewal, cancellation, exemption, etc
Maintain and update employee handbook
Handle employee grievance and disciplinary matters
Take on other HR & GA assignments from time to time
General Affairs
Perform general administration duties
Manage Safe Management Measures
Lead and manage ISM, Safety, IS, RA Compliance audits, etc
Oversee fixed asset management, door access card, etc
Manage all matters related to risk management
Ensure compliance on Contract and Service Agreement matters, equipment & maintenance services
Job requirements
Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years\' related experience in HR & GA
Self-motivated, good organization and communication skills
Open-minded and proactive to drive changes
Able to work independently and as a team
Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage
