Responsibilities:
Human Resource
1. Handle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and retention, termination, compensation and benefits, employment contract matters, displace's arrangement and employee relations / welfare. (Support On-boarding and Off-boarding matters.)
2.Handle monthly and displace payroll processing.
3. Manage and maintain in staff training and developments arrangement and course application
4. Required application work
Manage all work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all information of the Company and employees is updated accurately with MOM.
Assist in Government grant, paid leave and NS pay application and submission.
5. Assistance with regular confirmation and renewal of the company's personnel system
Involve in annual review of benefits policy and employee handbook and make necessary amendments according to match corporate needs.
After collecting market data from related government agencies and HR companies, provide objective analysis and feedback to support the review of personnel systems.
6.Employee education on the company's personnel system
Explanation of work rules and personnel system (evaluation / compensation) for new employees
Implementation of e-learning for employees once a year regarding work rules and personnel system (evaluation / compensation)
7. Internal report
Various procedures related to revision of organizations and officers (update of organizational chart / officer list)
Support for submitting HR-related reports to the head office in oversea
8. Strict management of personal information
Maintain, update and ensure quality data management of employee records and information in the personal files are in accordance with Company policies, laws and regulations.
Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems for HR.
9. Assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
General Affairs
1. Assist in reviewing contracts and managing contract renewals (e.g. office insurance, medical insurance, etc.)
2. Administrative support for vendor invoice filing and management
3. Support office maintenance in terms of administration and coordination with building management.
4. Handle office administrative duties and any other ad hoc duties assigned.
5. Daily collection and dissemination of incoming mails
6.Internal report
Support for submitting GA-related reports to the head office in oversea
Requirements:
Over 2 years of hands-on payroll processing and HR generalist experience.
Conversant with Singapore Employment Act, payroll regulations and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT and Words)
Experienced in JustLogin (HR system) added advantage
