HR Executive Working day& hours: Monday -Thursday, 8am-6pm and Friday, 8am-5pm (44 hours) Salary Range: $2500 - $3500 Location: Gul Roa Company transport is provided from Sengkang, Jurong East and Bo HR Executive Working day& hours: Monday -Thursday, 8am-6pm and Friday, 8am-5pm (44 hours) Salary Range: $2500 - $3500 Location: Gul Roa Company transport is provided from Sengkang, Jurong East and Boon Lay. Principal Accountabilities: . Full spectrum of recruitments . Full spectrum of onboarding and offboarding processes . Assist in annual performance appraisal exercise, annual increment and bonuses . Process improvement review and implementation . Manage all kinds of reports from Group level and MOM surveys . Administer staff information in HR system (Workday) and backup administrator for Time-keeping system (e-Cirtrix) . Administer and verify all employees data (i.e. attendance) in Time-management (e-Cirtrix) system . Maintain proper documentation in employee' personal files . Verifying all medical and dental claims (including submitting claims for GHS insurance) . Handle and coordinate training applications, ensure that employee are registered for trainings/courses promptly . Assist in Internal and External audits . Communicate and coordinate all exercises from Group level . Retirement and re-employment management . Handle staff disciplinary issues . Maintain proper documentation in employee's personal file . Manage organizational chart . Assist in Talent Management and Succession Planning . HR Projects as assigned from time to time (eg. Employee Engagement Survey etc.) . Other adhoc duties as assigned Requirements: . At least a Diploma in Business or equivalent (preferably with specialisation in HRM) . Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences . Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Self-driven and able to work under pressure
