Our client was established in 1972 and it was one of the first factories set up by Murata outside Japan to meet the demands of the electronic components in South East Asia,is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as HR Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Manage and handle Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and customer code of conduct related issues
• Conduct and review risk assessment
• Coordinate and participate in the internal audit, external audit and management review
• Consolidate, review and follow-up on the corrective action plan with stakeholders
• Depending on the subject /scope, monitor and report the compliance on regular basis
• Design and conduct compliance related training

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge on RBA, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act will be an added advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• A team player with a positive attitude, independent and pro-active individual
• Attention to details and deadline-oriente

• Location : Yishun
• Working hours : Office Hour, 5 day
• Salary: up to S$3,600 higher/ Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
