HR Executive - Full Spectrum HR Function
Salary: $2,600 - $3,500
Working days: 5 days: Mon-Fri (8:30am -6pm)
Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi area)

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission for about 200 headcounts
- Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
- Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation
- Administer employees leave,attendance, welfare and benefits
- Assist in HR matters in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
- Submission of all government claims
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Support in developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Possess at least a Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in payroll processing
