HR Executive * Working location: Ang Mo Kio * Working days: 5 Days * Working hours: (Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm, Saturday 11am to 5pm) * Salary range: $2,600 - $3,200 : HR Executive Working location: Ang Mo Kio Working days: 5 Days Working hours: (Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm, Saturday 11am to 5pm) Salary range: $2,600 - $3,200 : Responsible for the full spectrum of HR Training & development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations to ensure the implementation of appropriate human resource policies to attract, retain and develop employees Recruitment and job posting advertisement must be follow Tripartite Standards Renewal and follow up on employment & work pass related matters Understanding the business and develop HR initiatives that are aligned to business objectives including development and training plans for every department in the organization Update and submit any information required by the authority like MOM survey, statistics, etc. Payroll, staff attendance and HR purchases and budget Assist in general administrative work Assist in company events and functions Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma certificate with Human Resource or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in full spectrum of HR functions Candidates with experience in Infotech will be advantageous Well versed in employment and labour laws and regulations If you are interested to apply, kindly WhatsApp me your updated resume in DOC file and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
