Job Description
- Position: HR Executive
- Location: Tuas (few stops from Tuas Crescent MRT), company transport from Jurong/Jurong East
- Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Barrel supplier
- Prepare and process payroll during month-end and OT
- Any other encashment year end & bonus processing
- Permits Renewals & Application
- Posting job advertisement and shortlisting
- Shortlist candidates
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding
- Assist with appraisal and apply leave for workers
- Target Setting Exercise and Employee engagement survey
- Annual compensation package market research
- Oversee annual appraisal exercise, KPI setting exercise, staff promotion exercise, benefits review
- Training for staff and organize team building activities
- Handle any MOM/IR8A related issues like insurance , dormitory/Accommodation
- Assist workers on HR needs
- Work on CSR charity events
- In charge of company events
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Min Diploma in related field
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
