Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily HR duties such as onboarding/off-boarding formalities, staff orientation, etc.;
  • Administer employees’ records and ensure required personal documents are in place in proper order;
  • Handle Work Pass and other required ID card processing along with coordination with relevant concerned parties;
  • Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movement, contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment, resignation/termination, etc., along with respective administration;
  • Handle and manage all recruitment activities, including being involved in the recruitment process by actively sourcing talent in the related fields;
  • Resume screening, short-listing, fixing appointments, interviewing, and selecting the suitable candidates according to requirements and the job responsibilities;
  • Carry out HR activities to meet internal SOPs/Statutory compliances;
  • Handle the employee benefits insurance matters, including yearly renewals, census updates, and insurance claims;
  • Provide response to employee enquires on HR-related matters;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to facilitate the payroll processing/liabilities collection, as well as to collate inputs from various sources for payroll and absence processing;
  • Perform leave administration and overtime computation;
  • Handle the employees’ grievances and complaints. Attend to the employee’s Disciplinary grievances issues and coordinate with all concerned parties to ensure clean closure;
  • Prepare HR reports and meeting related materials periodically;
  • Lead or participate in progressive HR or cross-functional process improvement projects;
  • Organize CSR, teambuilding, staff engagement events, and activities;
  • Involve and provide support on HR initiatives/projects to meet the Organizational goals;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Payroll experience is preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner.
  • High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style.
  • Energetic and high level of work commitment, integrity, and a positive working attitude.
  • Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team lead experience will be a plus.
