Understand and contribute to the department and corporate vision/mission as well as productivity/process improvement projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify opportunity / issues and lead solutions in support of business goals and improving organisational performance and capability
Formulate Compensation and Benefits and Recognition programmes to attract, motivate and retain talent to support business strategies
Work with various stakeholders to plan and ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives
Participate in market survey; involve in regular market study and benchmark against external market to ensure competitiveness
Manages all related wage, salary and benefits programmes and recommends changes in accordance with prevailing or foreseen employment conditions in Singapore
Conducts job analysis and job evaluation
Develop HR management dashboard and analytics to enable quicker and better people decision making
Possessing knowledge of forms required and processes for Workers Compensation, death claims, retirement, TSP, beneficiary forms, etc.
Taking the lead on preparing seminars, training, new employee orientations, and individual conferences to ensure that all customers are thoroughly familiar with the requirements of all relevant employee benefits programs.
Assist in the implementation of other HR related projects
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma/Degree in any discipline
2-3 years of compensation and benefit experience will be advantageous
Proficient in HR Information System and Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel
Practical knowledge of data analytics will be a plus
Excellent communication skills is a must
