Job Scope:
- Partner with our Nurse Managers to understand the nursing profession needs to meet healthcare\'s ongoing transformation.
- Help to attract, shortlist and identify potential candidates to be part of company\'s exciting primary care journey to drive preventive care and improve population health.
- Manage end to end HR activities and scope, ensure accurate and prompt data entries in HRIS and keep track of documentation requirements.
- Manage on boarding program to support culture settlement of new hires.
- Plan and manage the recruitment activities and manpower deployment of the perms and temps.
- Build strong partnership with the Nursing management team and managers for effective collaboration and gather feedback to drive improvements.
- Involve in any projects /current and new initiatives where required.
- Min. Degree in Human resource/ any relevant field
- No experience required as training will be provided
