Partner with our Nurse Managers to understand the nursing profession needs to meet healthcare\'s ongoing transformation.
Help to attract, shortlist and identify potential candidates to be part of company\'s exciting primary care journey to drive preventive care and improve population health.
Manage end to end HR activities and scope, ensure accurate and prompt data entries in HRIS and keep track of documentation requirements.
Manage on boarding program to support culture settlement of new hires.
Plan and manage the recruitment activities and manpower deployment of the perms and temps.
Build strong partnership with the Nursing management team and managers for effective collaboration and gather feedback to drive improvements.
Involve in any projects /current and new initiatives where required.
Job Requirements:
Min. Degree in Human resource/ any relevant field
No experience required as training will be provided
