HR Executive / Senior HR Executive
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource Management functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, confirmation, exit, staff movement, work pass application, benefit administration and disciplinary issues.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor monthly manpower turnover and take appropriate actions to fill the vacant positions to ensure the department\'s manpower needs are met.
\xc2\xb7 Manage on-boarding and off-boarding including orientation, staff pass, IT-related email and access, uniforms, logistics etc.
\xc2\xb7 Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries from department heads and colleagues to provide accurate and timely information, advice as well as interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure prompt updates and maintenance of employee database, personnel files, medical checkups and work pass renewals.
\xc2\xb7 Support the unit in review of process and procedures by leveraging on technology to ensure HR practices are up to date and in line with industry practices.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws.
\xc2\xb7 Involved in the planning and execution of company events.
\xc2\xb7 Participate in projects and any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognised institution.
\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of related HR experience preferably in a healthcare or community care environment.
\xc2\xb7 Conversant with Employment Act and general HR practices.
\xc2\xb7 Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
\xc2\xb7 A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
\xc2\xb7 Good organisational skills, meticulous and resourceful.
\xc2\xb7 Adaptable, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office.
