& Requirements
The HR Business Partner provides HR advice and end-to-end support to a selection of brands under his/her charge; developing, communicating and executing HR policies, processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Group’s business goals. You will be highly competent in building relationships with management heads and employees of each brands to influence and facilitate positive change. S/He will also be responsible for providing leadership in specific human resource domain areas - Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance and Talent Management, Engagement, Organisation Development, Payroll - leveraging his / her specific expertise to formulate HR strategies that deliver value to employees as well as the business. As the HR Business Partner, you will:
  • Be the central point of contact for Business Unit Managers and employees alike; providing guidance on the application of Group HR policies, procedures, and standard.
  • Lead talent acquisition and assessment/selection to ensure hiring is up to speed with company growth.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Produce timely reports and provide quality counsel on human capital issues/matters to facilitate and enable decision-making
  • Support the Performance & Talent Reviews process.
  • Participate and/or lead special HR projects and/or developing strategies that address a range of complex human capital and business issues
  • Be an effective Employee Champion; leading and sustaining Employee Engagement activities that enhance the employee experience
  • Support and process payroll to ensure the flow of information is accurate and efficient
The successful candidate will have/be:
  • At least 2-5 years of HR experience in fast paced company, preferably in food and beverage industry sectors
  • Qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisation Psychology or related discipline of study
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
    Astute in analyzing, interpreting and presenting data in an effective manner to facilitate reporting and decision-making
  • Highly creative in exploring new talent acquisition channels
  • Proficient in local employment laws and HR legislations and its interpretation
  • Building influence through building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships across all levels within the organisation
  • Able to work well under pressure and effectively with little direction, taking the lead in situations where appropriate
