Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to assist the HR & Admin Department in the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative matters.
What Will You Do
- To assist the Human Resource and Admin Department in the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative matters.
- To handle recruitment and training activities.
- To handle monthly payroll administration.
- To maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees\' personal files.
- To handle foreign work pass applications and renewals.
- To verify and process work injury compensation claims, insurance, and medical claims.
- To assist in market surveys from MOM and various HR-related surveys.
- To prepare and submit government-related claims.
- To prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment and bonus etc).
- To perform other HR or Admin duties as and when assigned.
- Must have at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Have good knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, iSupersuite Payroll and HR System.
- Meticulous, responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Company transport is provided.
