Job Description
- Position: HR Executive (NO OT/GOOD WORK LIFE BALANCE)
- Location: Boon Lay (Near MRT)
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (office hours) / WFH 2 Days Per Week (confirmed staff)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Handphone Allowance + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Fire Protection Equipment Supplier & Construction
- Administration of payroll and benefits
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of payroll matters
- Handle tax clearance & Annual IRAS Preparation
- HR System Updates, including maintaining and updating of staff personnel files.
- NS / CPF / Child care leave processing
- Track and process work pass application & renewal, confirmation review & contract employment
- Process and handle offboarding cases including offboarding admin and exit interview
- Coordinate & arrange for work pass medical examination, processing and collection of work passes
- Handle employee disciplinary/conduct issues, grievances, and other employee disputes
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- At least 2 years\' experience in a HR related role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in construction industry as HR
