Handle payroll processing for all staff and address audit inquiries related to payroll matters.
Ensure punctual submission of payroll bank transfers, CPF contributions, IR8A submissions, and tax clearances.
Manage claims related to government-paid leaves and National Service (NS) make-up pay.
Oversee all aspects of work pass applications and renewals.
Assist in organizing and facilitating staff engagement activities.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in full spectrum of human resource management
Familiar with PeopleSoft and WorkDay will be an advantage
Salary: $4,000 to $5,000
