Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the full spectrum of HR activities including organizational development, talent acquisition and management, performance management, Compensation & Benefits, learning and development and employee relation
Development of HR strategic plans and initiatives to support and meet business needs
Work closely with managers on organizational change management, employee issues and sustainability
Manages and drives the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidate for position vacancies
Analysis of trends in compensation and benefits and recommend competitive remuneration package
Ensure compliance with employment act and regulations, recommend best practices and reviews HR policies and practices
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment legislation
Oversee the full spectrum of employees\' life cycles from on boarding to off boarding, including confirmation, contract renewal and re-employment
Build relationships with the business units at all levels and provide consistent and prompt HR services
Ensure HR initiatives or processes are communicated within appropriate timeframe and to a desired level of service
Provide employee relations guidance and support across all aspects of HR policy and practice (e.g. performance management, grievance, disciplinary etc.)
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; coaching managers in using these to support the high performance of teams and individuals.
Administer and supervise the full payroll functions
Coach, mentor, and develop HR team to ensure ongoing high performance
Oversee Company\'s insurances and licensing matters
Any other ad-hoc HR functions assigned by the Management
Requirements:
At least a Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in full spectrum of HR functions with at least 3 years in supervisory capacity
Proficient in MOM employment related laws, regulations and practices
Hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll and HRIS system
Meticulous, tactful & ability to interact with different levels of people. Able to start work immediately or short notice period
