In charge of coordinating, developing, scheduling and managing training plans for all the employees
Responsible for maintaining training records in the LMS system and ensuring the training and competency development for the employees
In charge of maintaining the training calendar and ensure timely execution of mandatory and orientation programs.
In charge of maintaining accurate training records and documentation for audits and inspections.
Responsible in supporting preparation for audits and providing relevant training data and reports.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant
Minimum 2 years of working experience in aerospace industry with Learning and deveopment experience
Proficient in using training management software or Learning Management Systems is required
