Plan, schedule and coordinate training with stakeholders, trainers and trainees
Preparation, facilitating, coordination and conducting of various training programs
Work with internal and external partners to design and develop training programmes
Support performance management and appraisal
Any other ad-hoc projects/tasks delegated
Provide end-to-end for staff training including, but not limited to; registration, bonds and follow-ups.
Track, update and maintain training records and competencies for staff across the organisation.
Participate in marketing and outreach efforts including roadshows and job fairs.
Requirement
Possess Diploma/ Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees and external parties at various levels

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
