What the role is:The Learning & Development (L&D) Section devises, develops and implements learning strategies, policies and programmes to build an agile and future-ready workforce for HDB. We seek a passionate Human Resource Executive (Learning & Development) to support the growth and development of our employees. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing innovative learning solutions to meet HDB's learning needs, build required capabilities in our employees and contribute to our digitalisation efforts.What you will be working on:You will assist in learning needs analysis, coordination & implementation of L&D initiatives /policies /schemes, and operations planning & management of MyLearningSpace - an in-house learning facility at HDB Hub. Never a dull day, your job will require you to work with multiple stakeholders such as staff, training providers, contractors (facility, AV/IT, maintenance), to ensure the effective delivery of L&D activities and smooth operation of MyLearningSpace. Your responsibilities will include sourcing & procurement of training services, organising & facilitating internal L&D programmes, extraction & analysis of data, preparation of submissions & reports, and facility management.What we are looking for:

• Passionate about helping people learn and grow. xe2x80xa2 Good team player, while also possessing the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. xe2x80xa2 Strong interpersonal, written communication and project management skills xe2x80xa2 Proficient in essential workplace IT skills such as Microsoft Excel (data analysis & visualization), PowerPoint (presentation, infographics), Word, SharePoint, etc. xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with SAP/Workday is a plus. Selected candidates will be offered a 1 year contract as a start, with possibility for extension of contract.
