• To spearhead the onboarding programme to reinforce Company's Mission Statement, Corporate Culture, Core Values, learning opportunities, HR Policies and Procedures as well as products and services To spearhead the onboarding programme to reinforce Company's Mission Statement, Corporate Culture, Core Values, learning opportunities, HR Policies and Procedures as well as products and services provided. Responsible for the Career Development and Learning & Development needs of the organization to elevate the skills and capabilities of our human resources. Lead HR related digitalization projects as assigned. Conduct periodical in-house trainings/lunch & learn sessions. Handle all related administration duties. To assist in the implementation of Talent Management Strategies and Succession. Planning with the objective of building adequate talent supply to meet current/future organizational needs. Partner with tertiary institutions on internships/traineeship attachments to inject manpower and attract future talents to the organization. Measure the pulse of the organization through implementation of climate surveys, regular employees dialogue sessions and at the same time to communicate Management's commitment in people development. Job Requirements: Degree with 3 years' experience in Learning & Development, including conducting training and assessment. Possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP). $3500-$4000 Basic Salary (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification).
