Work closely with overseas business units in delivering HR operational services
Engage actively with various stakeholders, such as business leaders, line managers and employees
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, including various monthly reports for local and overseas
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Support for HR full spectrum function and administrations, including provide information, advice and resolve employees\' queries/ HR issues
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
Additional Information:
Candidates with 3-5 years\' of relevant experience would be preferred
