Job Description
Ubi Avenue * Salary$3.300 to $3,800 * Work WeekMonday to Friday (9.00 am to 6.00pm) * Min. QualificationDip * Experience2 to 3 years * / RequirementResponsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR duties including payroll
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll processing, statutory submissions such as CPF, etc.
- Maintain HR Information and Leave Systems to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance
- Manage daily HR operational matters using Access EPE
- Provide support on HR / Payroll matters when needed
- Assist and perform other ad-hoc duties as required
- Min Diploma/Degree in HRM/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience in Retail environment (preferably but not a must)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Payroll system (Access EPE)
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, government grants and best practices.
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility & possess good organizing skill
- Cheerful, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Work independently with minimum supervision and a dedicated team player.
