Senior / HR Executive (Payroll) (Ref: KHXXX)
This position reports to the Senior Executive, HR & Admin and is responsible for the
various payroll and benefits initiatives and related matters.
The Job
1) Payroll
\xef\x82\xb7 Monthly processing of payroll and payroll reports. Checking and making
payments for reimbursements and overtime.
\xef\x82\xb7 Process Government Funding such as CCL/PL, NS, all other statutory claims and
submission of CPF, Income tax, IR21 and etc
\xef\x82\xb7 Handle all staff enquires pertaining to payroll-related matters.
\xef\x82\xb7 Processing off-boarding for resignees such as informing IT, updating of HRIS etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Attend to Auditor\xe2\x80\x99s enquires pertaining to payroll-related areas of work
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of half-yearly grants\xe2\x80\x99 reports, monthly overtime, training, MC,
resignation-related reports and MOM survey reports.
2) Benefits Administration
\xef\x82\xb7 Leave and benefits administration
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage yearly insurance renewals and any other insurance matters including
WICA submission etc
3) HRIS
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain HRIS system data for new hires and any changes in existing staff\xe2\x80\x99s
information such as salary, performance rating, mobile allowance, approval of
employee self-service etc
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure quality management of HRIS system data
4) Other HR areas
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure Policies under purview are updated at all times
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in BCM matters
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with vendor in resolving any system issues that may occur
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of employees\xe2\x80\x99 requests for documents, letters and SPR forms
\xef\x82\xb7 Handle reference check for ex-employees
\xef\x82\xb7 Support HR events and projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Support and/or chair recreation club as and when required
\xef\x82\xb7 Assignment of other duties as and when required
The Candidate
\xef\x82\xb7 Degree with 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience / Diploma with 4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant
experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 A good team player and highly motivated, goal-oriented individual
\xef\x82\xb7 Multitasker with the ability to work and follow through within tight timelines
\xef\x82\xb7 Meticulous individual with an eye for details
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong in payroll implementation and computation
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to work independently with minimal supervision and resilient to challenges
\xef\x82\xb7 Possess good working knowledge of MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Outlook, Excel, Word and
Powerpoint
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with HRIQ would be an advantage
