Job Description
Our client is a MNC in the Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their Human Resources team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible. The responsibles of the Payroll Executive includes:
- Managing the company\'s overall total rewards, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Assist in establish and develop in employee engagement, employee welfare, talent management and retention.
- Implement consistent compensation guidelines that fit the organisational value and culture.
- Responsible in the annual review process.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance.
- Responsible in conducting audits, prepare and present reports periodically.
- Diploma in relevant discipline
- Min 2-3 years of experience in handling payroll
