Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Manage employee onboarding and candidate management
Support general HR administrative duties / projects
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
Experience in
technical/technology hiring
is highly advantageous
Independent, motivated, and able to thrive under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage professionally at all levels
Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
