1) HR Executive (Recruitment)Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment/hiring process, including coordinating interviews, performing background checks, issuing employment contracts, applying for employment passes, etc.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media recruitment campaigns, events, content creation, etc.)
Manage end-to-end on-boarding and off-boarding matters, including but not limited to staff pass, logistics, accounts, IT-related email and access, documents, uniform
Provide prompt updates and proper maintenance of employee databases, organisation charts, personnel files, medical check-ups, and work pass renewals.
Provide HR advisory to employees/managers in compliance with employment laws
Support managers on HR processes, including staff issues about confirmation, performance management, grievance, or exit management.
Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws
Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the Line Manager
New employees' onboarding and integration program to provide a positive onboarding experience
On-boarding of foreign work employees including obtaining valid work passes and compliance with border entry regulations with relevant authorities.
Manage enrolment & withdrawal (new hires, resigned) and annual renewal of benefit plan with insurance broker
Manage employees' confirmation review process
Manage attendance and leave management systems. Follow through leave claims with relevant authorities.
Assist to resolve workplace conflicts, staff grievance and disciplinary issue with line managers
Monthly headcount reporting and/or other hr statistics reporting
Facilitate off-boarding process
Implement employee inquiries helpdesk
Assist employees in a timely manner regarding general HR queries and requests.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor in Human Resource Management or similar
At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Good track record of driving talent acquisition programs in an in-house environment.
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
A confident communicator, and influence people on various levels within the organization
Good communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills
Able to interact with and lead employees from different levels
