Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition approval to job offer and onboarding.
Sourcing & Screening:
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Reporting & Metrics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire) to identify
Compliance:
Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills

Required:
1 year
of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (either in-house or agency).
Proven experience sourcing candidates using various methods, including cold calling, internet sourcing, and professional networking.
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation related to hiring.
Excellent

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
