Manage the entire recruitment process from junior to mid-level management positions in various industries.
Assist each client in job scoping by understanding their corporate culture, objectives and business structures.
Perform candidate screening and matching to clients\xe2\x80\x99 job requirements
Conduct interviews and recommend potential candidate profiles to prospective clients.
Placement of job advertisements.
Provide prompt and professional services to existing and new clients and be responsible for generating sales revenue and business development activities.
Ensure adherence to all administrative procedures and that all reporting systems are kept up to date
Requirements:
Tertiary education (diploma and above) and currently seeking to work in a \xe2\x80\x9cpeople business with sales components\xe2\x80\x9d
Proficient in Chinese and English (To liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
Candidate from a sales background or customer services environment will be an added advantage
Performance driven with strong determination, willingness to work as part of a dynamic team
Those with CEI certification are highly advantageous
Ability to relate to people and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and a positive mindset
Sales-oriented personality and is a great self motivator
Good business decision making and knowledge
