Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of recruitment including posting of ads, sourcing, interviews, selection and offering
  • HR administrative functions such as preparation of appointment letters, processing of employment passes, staff on-boarding, claims and attendance verification etc
  • Organize company events and manage staff relations
  • Prepare and present monthly recruitment report
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 2 years of HR-Admin experience, preferably in recruitment
  • Resourceful and able to keep up-to-date with the market trend
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Familiar with Employment Act and various type of employment passes application
  • Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Service oriented and able to manage all levels of positions
  • 5 days work week, regular office hour
