Full spectrum of recruitment including posting of ads, sourcing, interviews, selection and offering
HR administrative functions such as preparation of appointment letters, processing of employment passes, staff on-boarding, claims and attendance verification etc
Organize company events and manage staff relations
Prepare and present monthly recruitment report
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 2 years of HR-Admin experience, preferably in recruitment
Resourceful and able to keep up-to-date with the market trend
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
Familiar with Employment Act and various type of employment passes application
Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
Service oriented and able to manage all levels of positions
5 days work week, regular office hour
