Act as HR Business Partner and advise stakeholders on HR matters
In charge of full cycle of recruitment
Handle L&D matters
Manage employee relations
Assist on employee relations and issues
Participate in HR initiatives
Any adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Possess Diploma in related studies
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to work independently and a good team player
