Job Description


Talent Acquisition

  • Recruitment support for the region (Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand) tapping on various channels (recruitment portals, LinkedIn, talents scouting)
  • Business partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency for all new joiners' onboarding, induction planning, and experience across all markets
  • HR onboarding (30, 60 and 90 days follow-up)
  • Using HR analytics to review recruitment, retention strategies, working on EVP (Staff turnover, employee satisfaction surveys etc)
  • Generating HR reports
  • Preparation of Employment Contracts for new joiners
  • Follow-up exit interviews

Requirements
  • Min 1-3 years of recruitment experience
  • Good Microsoft office skills (PPT, Word and Excel)
  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Responsible & Responsive
  • Prefer candidates who can start within short notice or immediately
