Recruitment support for the region (Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand) tapping on various channels (recruitment portals, LinkedIn, talents scouting)
Business partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency for all new joiners' onboarding, induction planning, and experience across all markets
HR onboarding (30, 60 and 90 days follow-up)
Using HR analytics to review recruitment, retention strategies, working on EVP (Staff turnover, employee satisfaction surveys etc)
Generating HR reports
Preparation of Employment Contracts for new joiners
Follow-up exit interviews
Requirements
Min 1-3 years of recruitment experience
Good Microsoft office skills (PPT, Word and Excel)
Diploma / Degree in any field
Responsible & Responsive
Prefer candidates who can start within short notice or immediately
