Job Scope:
Handle full cycle of recruitment matters
Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs when needed.
Build up relationships with educational institutes to attract best talent
Raising job requisitions and posting of job descriptions onto various portals and channel
Profiling and presenting a qualified list of pre-screened candidates to hiring managers and advising them on best candidate fit.
Participate in recruitment events
Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
Handle work pass administration: application, renewal and cancellation.
Facilitate on company Learning and development programs.
Ensure all HR files and confidential records are properly kept in a safe and controlled environment.
Support day-to-day HR requirement, including payroll, leave management
Organizing company events.
Other HR administrative duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirement:
Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar role.
Minimum a Diploma in HR or professional qualification.
Excellent time management and organisation abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A high degree of self-motivation, positive attitude
Attention to details.
Confidence, resilience, persistence, and social skills - a lot of these
Team player.
Proficient in Microsoft packages.
