Well established Construction Equipment Supplier Salary: $2800 - $3500 (Depends on experience) Working location: Gul Drive (Transports at Joo Koon MRT) 5 days (8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.45pm) Job Scope: Manage application, renewal & cancellation of work pass for foreign workers Monitor, update of CSOC course for workers Tabulate workers monthly wages Monitor and constantly update workers annual leave, medical leave and expenses on quarterly basis Manage and arrange insurance bond for new joining workers Prepare man-year application and record of man-year allocations Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees\' records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis Assist in preparing HR statistical reports, MOM surveys etc Support in the day-to-day HR duties in compliance with MOM requirements Other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned Requirement: Diploma or degree in Human Resource or equivalent qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Language proficiency will be an advantage Team player who is disciplined, motivated, independent, organized and able to multi-task within tight deadlines Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background Name of Consultant: Rachel Mok See Yin Registration No: R22111149 .
