Maintains HR databases with accurate and timely information.
Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs.
Assist in recruitment, and subsequent activities relating to on-boarding and off-boarding, including application/ renewal/ cancellation of work passes.
Employee time management system, leave administration and personal file management.
Administration and coordination for training and development activities.
Provide day-todat support on administrative matters and invoice/bill verification.
Updates change in foreign workers accommodation, foreign worker home leave and repatriation arrangement.
Handle telecommunication line and device registration and termination.
Any other general ad-hoc administrative duties assigned.
Job Specification:-
GCE 'O' Level or its equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience.
Able to work independently and in fast paced environment
Process high initiative with good communication skills
Excellent Team player who is meticulous and efficient
