Job Description


:-

  • Maintains HR databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs.
  • Assist in recruitment, and subsequent activities relating to on-boarding and off-boarding, including application/ renewal/ cancellation of work passes.
  • Employee time management system, leave administration and personal file management.
  • Administration and coordination for training and development activities.
  • Provide day-todat support on administrative matters and invoice/bill verification.
  • Updates change in foreign workers accommodation, foreign worker home leave and repatriation arrangement.
  • Handle telecommunication line and device registration and termination.
  • Any other general ad-hoc administrative duties assigned.

Job Specification:-
  • GCE 'O' Level or its equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience.
  • Able to work independently and in fast paced environment
  • Process high initiative with good communication skills
  • Excellent Team player who is meticulous and efficient
