Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist Operations / Accounts in maintaining overtimes and salary structures.
Payroll Processing
Developing and maintaining job scopes, job descriptions and KPIs of all employees.
Support digitial transformation projects and facilitate change management as more digitised tools are implemented for all companies.
Proactive in searching for candidates for various roles - such as operations executives, warehouse managers, drivers - for companies minimising down time for company
Develop all companies' internship programme
Develop talent pipeline such as through Singapore Polytechnic and ITE's Work and Study Diploma and maintain relationships with relevant tertiary institutions.
Applying or all grants for companies (Familiarity with SNEF grants, CCP grants, Maritime Cluster fund grants and WSG grants is beneficial).
Handle work pass applications.
Assist with Visa Applications for business associates as and when required.
