Oversee hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, interviews, orientation and onboarding/offboarding processes
Managing daily HR operations and office administration matters as needed
Support implementation of new company policies by developing processes and systems that support the policies' and HR operations' needs
Administer insurance policies, medical benefits, and employee welfare activities
Handle internal communications on company platform(s) to keep employees informed and engaged
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives including surveys and feedback mechanisms
Manage employee travel arrangements, including assisting in visa application as needed.
Stay up-to-update on the latest employment practices, industry trends and regulatory changes and ensure compliance
Support and ensure compliance in relevant audits
Establish learning roadmaps and policies to support continuous professional growth
Manage internship program as needed
Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects assigned
Requirements
Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of local employment act, statutory requirement, WSH regulations, and HR best practices.
Good command of written and communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all levels.
Great team player with good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude.
Meticulous and proactive.
Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
