About the role

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping the HR strategy and practices for our diverse and growing business. Based in the Joo Koon West Region, this full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in human resources consulting and generalist HR to support our organisation's success.

What you'll be doing

Partner with business leaders to identify and implement effective HR solutions that support our strategic objectives Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off-boarding Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR policies, processes and systems Provide generalist HR support and advice to employees at all levels

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or in-house environment Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
