Ensure adherence to MOM regulations, work pass applications, and labor law updates.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, manage leave systems, and support HR audits.
Typical Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Experience:
1-2 years in HR, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
Skills:
Familiarity with Singapore labour laws, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
