Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
Liaise with relevant authorities for work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g. EP, S Pass).
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle payroll preparation and coordinate with Finance on monthly salary processing.
Manage employee leave records, attendance tracking, and claims.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS, etc.).
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Support in organizing staff engagement activities, company events, and team-building programs.
Address employee inquiries and provide HR support in a timely manner.
Assist in implementing initiatives to improve company culture, communication, and retention.
4. Performance & Training Support
Assist in performance appraisal exercises and documentation.
Coordinate staff training, workshops, and professional development activities.
Maintain training records and monitor staff progress.
5. HR Reporting & Support
Prepare regular HR reports and assist in HR audits when required.
Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative support to management as needed.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience; experience in the travel or service industry is an advantage.
Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
