Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment
Handle HR documentation, payroll coordination, and leave management
Ensure compliance with ECDA licensing, staffing, and qualification requirements
Maintain personnel records, CPD tracking, and HR audit documentation
Support staff engagement, training, and welfare initiatives
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a
preschool or education setting
Familiar with
ECDA systems (CMS, ONE@ECDA)
and employment regulations
