Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
Handle Work Permit, S-Pass, and Employment Pass applications in compliance with MOM (Singapore) regulations.
Manage the onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations, and offboarding.
Oversee foreign worker management, including quota monitoring and work pass applications.
Oversee training, safety certifications, and compliance with MOM and WSH regulations.
Prepare manpower payroll.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, union requirements, and employment standards.
Support HR policies and procedures.
Verify and validate employees' time records, providing timely feedback as needed.
Oversee workers' accommodation and dormitory arrangements, including related documentation.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HR reports.
Requirements
Possess at least Diploma in Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of HR experience in Construction / Engineering industry
Independent, ability to communicate effectively, responsible and able to work under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Great interpersonal skills to solve workplace issues
