Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations & HR documentation Drive talent acquisition strategies and build strong talent pipelines Partner with business leaders on performance, development & workforce planning Support HR policy review, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives Execute HR projects (digitalisation, culture initiatives, engagement programs) Provide guidance to junior HR staff when required

Requirements



2-5+ years of hands-on HR experience (generalist or operations-focused) Strong understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with professionalism
