First point of contact for general HR related enquiries . Manage Full spectrum including recruitment . Build up relationships with educational institutes to attract best talent . Involved in recruitment and staffing cycles to source, identify, hire and deploy suitable talents with suitable job portals & other platforms. . Screen resumes and Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates . Conduct interviews for part time and full time positions by coordinating with the relevant head of department . Conducts timely appraisals (Probation confirmations / half year and year end appraisals) for the employees for the Company for management reviews . To complete all documentation requirements and submission of same for any required employment pass / work permit applications for expatriate staff, also renewal of passes . Facilitate on company Learning and development programs. . Keep the internal database up to date & maintain the personal files. . Maintaining close relationships with educational institutes to manage recruitment pipelines. . Organizing company events. . Other HR administrative duties assigned by the supervisorWhat you'll need: Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar role. Minimum a Diploma in HR or professional qualification. Excellent time management and organisation abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. A high degree of self-motivation, positive attitude Attention to details.
