Job Responsibilities: . Responsible for work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance. . Perform daily HR duties from recruitment to on-boarding and off-boarding matters . Check and update daily attendance and leave records for employees . Assist in payroll related matters . Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc. . Medical arrangement for foreign employees . Handle ad-hoc duties as assignedJob Requirements: . Diploma in HRM / Administrative / Business Studies . Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. . Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices . Good communication, written and interpersonal skills . Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications . A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation . Pro-active and can-do attitude with keen interest to learn. . Alternate Saturday work . Able to start immediate or within a short notice
