Job Description
- Handle full recruitment and on/off boarding process
- Manage employee relations including orientation, guidance on policies and exit interviews
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll

- Administer company insurance benefit and coordinate audit processes
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Liaise and work closely with outsource payroll vendors and country coordinators to ensure timely salary payment
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to key stakeholders
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity is preferred
- Knowledge of local regulations
