Administer company insurance benefit and coordinate audit processes
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
Liaise and work closely with outsource payroll vendors and country coordinators to ensure timely salary payment
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to key stakeholders
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity is preferred
Knowledge of local regulations
