Job Description


RESPONSIBILITY

  • To handle HR duties, including staff recruitment, work pass application & renewal, leave administration (annual / sick / childcare / maternity leave etc.), IR 21 tax clearance etc.
  • To handle payroll matters
  • Ensure good and up-to-date filing of HR documents

REQUIREMENTS
  • At least a Diploma
  • good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (and Word, Outlook etc.). experience with computerize HR and Payroll System.
  • keen to learn and apply for continuous upgrading
  • Team player, responsible, meticulous and independent
  • Effective in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
  • Preference will be given to those who can start work within short notice
