Handle full spectrum recruitment process from sourcing, job posting, interviews, job offering and onboarding with the support from HR Admin
Handle work pass related matters
Handle off-boarding process of resignations with the support from HR Admin
Maintain personal and employment information in personal files and Infotech system
Improve compensation and employee benefits and welfare package (E.g Insurance
Liase with Admin Executive to arrange Hygiene Course of new staff
Handle Payroll and liase with Finance Team on a monthly basis
Handle government agencies surveys
Handle employee queries
Assist to administer employee satisfaction surveys
Organise employee engagement activities
Work closely with HR Support to develop and improve policies and procedures of the company
Provide data and reports for yearly budget, increment and appraisal activities
Provide advices to departments on employee-related issues
Other Ad-hoc work
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in HR or any business related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the service industry (experience in food and beverage, catering and/or hospitality industry will be an added advantage)
Proficient in MS office applications
Good communication skills and meticulous
People-oriented and team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have experience in infotech will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
